This demonstration of the Mermaid platform ("the Demo") is provided by Cachola Tech LTDA, a company registered in Brazil (CNPJ 62.014.963/0001-00, NIRE 35267566726), with registered office at Rua Pais Leme, 215, conj. 1713, Pinheiros, São Paulo/SP, Brazil, CEP 05424-150 ("Cachola Tech"), and contains confidential and proprietary information, including its user interface, component library, workflows and design.
By accessing the Demo you agree that you will not disclose, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or use any part of it except to evaluate a potential engagement with Cachola Tech. All data shown is fictional (tenant "Acme Photonics") and does not represent any real customer.
All intellectual property in the Demo remains with Cachola Tech. The Demo is provided "as is", without warranty. This acceptance is logged (name, work email, company, role, signature, timestamp). This agreement is provided in English and is governed by the laws of Brazil, with the courts of the District of São Paulo/SP elected as the exclusive forum.
